Responses are provided within two hours of receipt of your e-mail, subject to normal business hours (8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, in all time zones across America). Electronic Support is included with phone support at no charge. It may also be purchased separately. Electronic Support also includes FTP Support.
