I rated Dave Benning with straight 5-Very Good ratings for all the questions not because I don't care and just want to fill out the survey and be done. I gave Dave the rating of 5 because 6 or higher isn't a choice on the list. Dave has helped me countless times and his knowledge and response is the fastest and most helpful of any tech support person I've ever dealt with in almost 24 yrs in the architectural industry. I swear it feels like he is my own personal support person.
