About the Autodesk CSAT Survey

The Autodesk Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) program measures your pre- and post-sales experience with Hagerman & Company, and is integral to improving our customer service. The CSAT survey is sent via an email from autodesk_partners@ecem1.com. View a copy of the survey here.

The following question directly impacts our business, and a rating of 9 or 10 is the ONLY passing score for Hagerman.

“How likely are you to recommend Hagerman & Company as a provider of Autodesk products and services?”

If you are asked to participate in an upcoming CSAT survey, please be aware of the unique structure of the survey.

  • Scores of 9 or 10 indicate you had a positive experience with Hagerman & Company.
  • Scores of 7 or 8 are considered neutral and do not contribute to our overall satisfaction rating
  • Scores of 6 or less indicate you had a negative experience with us

When you respond to the CSAT Survey, please bear in mind that you are rating Hagerman & Company, not Autodesk.

Your responses are valuable to both Hagerman and Autodesk. All of the comments are read and many responses have led to customer service improvements and new product and service offerings. Your privacy is important to us. If you would like to be excluded from future surveys, you will have the opportunity to opt out when you receive the survey email.
